How long will my product be covered under warranty and what would I do if I have a problem with my product?

 

For products purchased after 1 March 2025, your product will be covered for manufacturing faults for up to three years from date of purchase. Our full warranty policy can be found here.

For products purchased prior to 1 March 2025, your warranty will be 1 or 2 or 3 years depending on the time you purchased and your confirmation email status.

By registering your product with us within 30 days of purchase you'll get an additional 2 years of warranty. (applies to products purchased from 1 March 2025).
